About the role
At Visy, our people set us apart. We focus on finding solutions, seizing opportunities, and driving progress. We seek individuals who are forward-thinking and action-oriented, those helping us lead in sustainable packaging. Together, we’re building a better future.
About the Opportunity
Our new glass factory in Yatala is our largest investment to date. It will recycle up to 200,000 tonnes of Queensland glass each year to produce 1 billion bottles. With advanced machinery and control systems, we ensure efficient, high-quality production. Located next to our box and can plants, the site will form a beverage container precinct, supporting customers and creating new job opportunities.

Your focus will be on proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement to support plant performance.
