OptiTalent Personal · For job seekers
Find where you fit. Show why.
OptiTalent Personal is a career assistant for your desktop. It builds your career profile from your own files and words, finds hidden jobs on companies’ own career sites, and checks each one against what you’ve actually done.
- Runs on your computer
- Uses the AI you connect
- Every fact linked to its source

01 · Where are the jobs worth my time?
Hidden jobs, from companies’ own career sites.
The job library reads more than 12,000 companies’ own career sites every night, worldwide and in English, and drops the roles that have closed. Your assistant searches it, reads each ad where the company posted it, and sorts what it finds.
- Tiers instead of a score: strong match, worth trying, to confirm first, a long way off, can’t apply
- A hard requirement you don’t meet is shown with the line from the ad
- One click puts a job on your board, ready to evaluate and apply
About 230,000 open roles in November 2026. There are fewer in some countries; when few fit, it says so rather than padding the list.

02 · My data stays mine
Private by default. You choose what a search sends.
Your profile, files and conversations stay in an encrypted vault on your computer, and Personal runs on the AI you connect. A job search sends only the parts of your work profile you allow, and you see exactly what will leave before the first one.
- Your name, contact details, files and chats are never sent
- The job library uses what you allow for that search only, and keeps no profile of you
- Connect Claude Code, Codex, Ollama, LM Studio, OpenRouter or your own API key
03 · I’ve done more than my resume says
Your whole career, with the receipts.
Drop in old resumes, project documents, scanned pages, or a sentence like “I managed four people”. Each one becomes facts in your profile, every fact with an exact quote from your file or your own words.
- You’re asked only about conflicts, pages it can’t read and wording the assistant wrote
- Job ads, feedback and public reports never count as evidence about you
- Everything has an undo
04 · Is this job worth applying for?
Every requirement, checked against what you’ve done.
Paste a job ad, or pick one from your search. Each requirement is marked evidenced, transferable or missing evidence, with the facts behind it. No score: you see the evidence and make the call.
- When the ad is unclear, it says unknown instead of guessing
- A gap doesn’t mean you can’t apply; add evidence if you have it
- Not sure what to aim for? Compare two to five possible directions, each with what transfers and what’s missing
05 · Tailor it without making things up
A resume where every line has a source.
Resume, cover letter and form answers are drafted from confirmed facts for the role in front of you. A line without a fact, or a number without a basis, is flagged before it can leave the app. Interview practice works the same way: stories from your facts, and a new number goes through the same check.
- The assistant’s own wording goes out only if you pick it
- Practice questions come from the job ad and your application
- You submit. The assistant never applies, emails or marks a job as applied
Coming next
PlannedAn evidence file to go with your resume.
Send your resume as usual, plus an optional Evidence PDF and evidence.json. They link each resume line and each job requirement to where it came from: your own statement, a document, or something a recruiter can check.
It saves the recruiter questions. It isn’t a verification and never claims to be one. Nothing goes in unless you release it, and gaps never leave your computer.
01
No source, no fact.
Every fact in your profile points to an exact quote from your files or your own words.
02
You submit. The assistant drafts.
It prepares resumes, letters and answers. Sending them, and saying they were sent, is yours.
03
Suggestions, not promises.
Directions and matches come with their reasons. No promises of offers, salaries or ATS rankings.
