About the role

Role Details

Based at our Forrestfield Plastics site in WA, the Quality & Systems Manager reports to the Plant Manager and is responsible for overseeing the site's Quality and Food Safety systems, while providing broader administrative support across the operation.

This is a varied, hands-on role that combines quality management, compliance and site administration. You will take ownership of maintaining quality procedures, food safety requirements, HACCP plans and GMP standards, ensuring the site operates in line with relevant requirements. You will also coordinate internal and external audits, manage customer complaints and quality investigations, oversee corrective actions and work with operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement.

Beyond the quality function, the role has an important part to play in supporting the day-to-day running of the site. This includes coordinating purchasing and vendor administration, supporting payroll and timekeeping processes, maintaining site reporting and assisting with warehouse administration and general site services.

Working closely with the Plant Manager and wider site teams, you will help maintain strong quality standards while ensuring the administrative processes that support the operation are managed effectively.
