Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory records, stock reconciliations and reporting
- Process customer returns, credits and stock adjustments
- Raise and manage purchase orders
- Maintain data accuracy across SAP and Excel
- Support procurement and warehouse administration activities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes
About You
- Previous administration, logistics, inventory or procurement experience
- SAP or ERP system experience preferred
- Strong Excel and data-entry skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
