About the role

WHO WE ARE

At Trustly, we're building a smarter, faster, and more secure financial future by revolutionizing the world of payments. As a global leader in Open Banking Payments, we are establishing Pay by Bank as the new standard at checkout, providing unparalleled freedom, speed, and ease to millions of consumers and merchants worldwide.

Our Ambition: To build the world’s most disruptive payment network and redefine what the payment experience should feel like.

Trustly is a global team of innovators, collaborators, and doers. If you are driven by a strong sense of purpose and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment, join us and be part of a team that’s transforming the way the world pays.

About the team

At Trustly, our employees are our users and the workplace is the product we build for them. The Workplace Experience team runs our offices in London, Paris, Stockholm, Lisbon, New York and San Francisco. We’re small, close-knit and obsessed with detail. We want every colleague and guest to feel looked after from the moment they walk in.

We’re also changing how workplace teams work. We treat the workplace as a system we can test, learn from and improve, and we’re putting AI at the centre of how we do it. That means automating the repetitive work so we can spend our time on the human moments that make Trustly a great place to work.

  • Presence: On-site (Office-based at Reception / Front of House) at our London Hub

About the role

London is one of our biggest hubs, and you’ll own the experience there. You’ll shape the culture people feel every day: how they’re welcomed, how they connect, and how easy it is for them to do their best work.

This isn’t a role for keeping things ticking over. You’ll spot friction, fix it, and find smarter ways to deliver great service, often with AI tools we’re building and testing as a team. You’ll work closely with the Director of Workplace and help shape how our global team works.

What you’ll do

  • Own the London office experience end to end, so colleagues and guests always get a warm, professional welcome
  • Build culture through events, rituals and moments that bring people together and make Trustly feel like Trustly
  • Find friction in the employee experience and remove it, using data, feedback and quick experiments
  • Pilot and adopt AI tools and automations that make our service faster, smarter and more personal
  • Run day-to-day office operations, including maintenance, building management, purchasing and suppliers
  • Keep the office safe and secure
  • Partner with People, IT, Finance and other teams so the employee experience feels seamless
  • Lead local and global projects with the Director of Workplace

Who you are

  • You have 5+ years of work experience, including 2 to 3 years as an Office or Workplace Manager
  • You’ve built employee engagement or culture programmes and seen the impact
  • You’re curious about AI and want to use it to change how work gets done
  • You think in systems: you fix the underlying cause, not just the symptom
  • You run projects well and care about the details people notice
  • You’re energised by fast-moving, changing environments
  • You’re warm, clear and confident with everyone from new joiners to senior leaders
  • You’re happy to roll up your sleeves and get things done Our Fantastic Benefits (varies by location) 🌴 20 to 30 days of holiday to support a healthy work-life balance 🥳 Monthly team outing allowance to enjoy social events with your colleagues 👶 Parental leave top-up additional support for new parents ☕ On-site perks to make your workday smoother 💚 Well being support our health allowance covers gym memberships, massages, and much more to help you feel your best PLUS additional benefits designed to enhance your work-life experience! Shape Your Role and Make an Impact Join a dynamic environment where you can take ownership, drive change, and continuously embrace new challenges. We’re looking for dedicated and highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating across different areas of the organisation.
