We are proud to be a company that thrives by doing things differently, challenging expectations and stereotypes while making a positive impact on our customers’ lives.

Join us at Lovehoney, where pleasure combines with creativity, data, and innovation!

We are currently recruiting a Senior Ecommerce Growth Manager for our EMEA market. This is a highly commercial role with significant ownership and accountability for EMEA performance. You will define the market's commercial strategy alongside the Director of Ecommerce, own P&L monitoring across revenue, margin and contribution, and provide the strategic direction that global execution teams translate into site and channel activity. You will be the primary commercial voice for EMEA within Lovehoney Group, challenging global strategy with market evidence, holding Performance Marketing and Trading to account, and making fast, confident decisions that contribute to commercial growth.

What you will do

  • Own P&L monitoring across revenue, gross margin and contribution margin for the EMEA market.
  • Define and maintain the EMEA commercial strategy – a locally grounded plan for how Lovehoney wins in this market, identifying high-impact growth opportunities and recommending commercial priorities.
  • Monitor trading performance, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and work with the Ecommerce Trading Manager and Performance Marketing teams to deliver commercial outcomes.
  • Act as the commercial lead for EMEA Performance Marketing, challenging channel ROI and making the case for investment reallocation.
  • Build strong relationships with global execution teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve market objectives.
  • Own weekly trading reviews, presenting performance, root cause analysis and forward recommendations.

What you should bring

  • 5+ years in ecommerce, digital trading, or commercial management.
  • Proven experience owning a commercial number, including budgeting, forecasting, and delivering against plan.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce levers: conversion, AOV, traffic, channel mix, promotions, and margin management.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Performance Marketing, Onsite/Trading, and Analytics teams.
  • Analytically strong, with the ability to interrogate forecasts and dashboards to inform decisions.
  • Clear and confident communicator, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and defending commercial positions.
  • Comfortable making decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving commercial environments.
  • You can make trade-off decisions confidently and quickly – you don't get stuck in analysis or escalate decisions that are yours to make.
  • You know your market better than anyone else in the building, and you use that knowledge to drive decisions, not just report on them.

What we can offer you

  • A competitive salary that values your skills and expertise, because we know you deserve it.
  • Secure your financial future with a comprehensive pension scheme, so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing you are taken care of.
  • Keep your mind and body in top shape with a health cash plan and gym discounts, with £15 a month towards the gym of your choice.
  • Treat yourself and your loved ones with our generous staff discounts and be rewarded for your hard work with our fantastic annual bonus scheme.
  • Work with a company that cares about your well-being and success and join our supportive and dynamic team.
  • Stay secure at work and at home with a complimentary 1Password Family account. All Lovehoney Group employees can invite up to five family members to join, offering your household a safe and simple way to manage passwords and sensitive information safely and easily.
