We are actively hiring compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for home care opportunities throughout Suffolk County, NY.

Qualifications
- Active New York State RN or LPN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to provide compassionate, individualized patient care
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Home care experience preferred but not required
About the Role
As a home care nurse with Serene, you will provide skilled, individualized nursing care to patients in their homes throughout Suffolk County.
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing direct nursing care based on individualized patient care plans
- Monitoring patient conditions and documenting care
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice
- Communicating with families, physicians, and clinical supervisors
- Supporting patients with their daily healthcare needs
- Maintaining a safe, comfortable, and supportive care environment
Pay Ranges
Registered Nurse (RN): $45–$48/hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $35–$38/hour
