Serene Home Nursing Agency is a highly respected, RN-owned Licensed Home Care Services Agency with more than 15 years of experience providing exceptional nursing services throughout Long Island and the New York metropolitan area.
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one home nursing care to pediatric and adult patients throughout Nassau County, NY.
We offer flexible nursing opportunities designed to accommodate a variety of schedules and lifestyles, including full-time, part-time, per diem, daytime, overnight, weekday, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications
- Active New York State RN or LPN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing
- Ability to work independently in a home care environment
- Home care experience preferred but not required
About the Role
As a home care nurse with Serene, you will help patients receive the skilled nursing care they need while remaining in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities may include:
- Delivering individualized nursing care according to established care plans
- Monitoring patient health and documenting changes in condition
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments within your scope of practice
- Communicating with patients, families, and the clinical care team
- Supporting patients with ongoing healthcare needs
- Promoting patient safety, comfort, and quality of life
Pay Ranges
Registered Nurse (RN): $45–$48/hour
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $35–$38/hour
