Position Summary/Job Duties:

Looking for caregivers to assist me with morning care, getting ready for the day and/or evenings getting to bed.

There is a regular routine, but it's not difficult to learn or perform. Helping me during these times is vital to helping me live a full life, participating in activities in & out of my home remaining active and involved in my community. You will be an important part of a group of caregivers helping in my own home weekday and weekend AMs & PMs. Times, days are somewhat flexible.

I'm eager to find good, reliable and dedicated caregivers and applicants should be committed to doing good work. I'm very outgoing, offer a fun work environment and can be flexible around class & social schedules. Previous experience in CNA/personal caregiver-type jobs helpful, but not necessary!

Ideal candidates will:

~ Have a car. I'm not on a bus line and live about 20 min. west of campus.

~ Be dependable. Willing to help fellow workers and a team player.

~ Be very organized, on time, show attention to detail.

~ Have a positive attitude & sense of humor--two things that make ANY workplace more enjoyable!

~ If you are interested in pursuing a health career as a doctor, PA, NP, nurse, social worker, etc, skills learned here will help immensely! Terrific experience for students during "gap year" while applying & interviewing for graduate school in medical field capacity!

Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions about further details!

I know there are terrific people out there--students, bored stay-at-home mom/dad?--who will love this job, knowing they make a difference in my life.
