  • Enforce the Housing License Agreement (e.g., nonrefundable housing fee, housing contract dates, room consolidation, check-in and out processes, and damage billing)
  • Serve as a liaison between residential students and physical resources, inlcuding the submission of work orders and following up with key stakeholders

As a technical analyst, you’ll:

  • Support, program, and test residence life and housing software platforms
  • Manage the SCADhome help desk daily by scrubbing and assigning tickets, resolving issues, closing tickets, and following up with students
  • Provide guidance, training, and development to SCADhome professional and paraprofessional staff on housing operations processes
  • Collaborate with the director of operations and IT department on opportunities, improvements, and innovations for residence life and housing processes and software applications
