Schedule:
Flexible schedule. Our current working hours: Everyday 8am-11pm.
Must be available to work Saturday morning shifts into the early evening.
Must be available to close at least one shift per week.

Hourly $20.00 to $25.00

Position Summary/Job Duties:
We're looking for someone to join our gyros production team and also work regular shifts in the restaurant. Our gyros production team makes our house-made gyros, which includes grinding, mixing, and hand-packing 60 lb gyro cones. It also requires the ability to lift 60 lbs overhead 20-25 times per shift. Regular team member shifts include ringing the Opa Bell, money handling, inventory, cooking, food prep, cleaning, catering and, above all, creating great guest experiences.
We cross-train all positions and switch it up throughout the shift, so we're always moving and doing different things, keeping life interesting. There are several optional opportunities for raises, including gyro meat cutting, making Greek yogurt, Shift Leading, and more!
Details:
- Average $20.00-$25.00+ per hour (including wages and tips)
- Guaranteed $16.00 per hour MINIMUM

Qualifications:
REQUIRED:
- You must be a good human who is upbeat, friendly, and energetic. We have a very open, positive culture.
- Available to work Saturday morning shifts into the early evening
- Available to close at least one shift per week
PREFERRED:
- Flexible availability (available for morning and night shifts)
- Able to open multiple times per week
- Able to close multiple times per week
- Strong leadership capabilities
Physical Demands
Gyros production: Lifting 60 lbs overhead 20-25 times per shift. Regular team member: Walking up and down a flight of stairs a few times per shift. Ability to carry at least 30 lbs.
