About the role

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Growth Marketing Specialist to cover a maternity leave on a part-time schedule of 32 hours per week and keep our event campaign strategy running at full speed. In this temporary role, you’ll step in to deliver the end-to-end campaign execution that drives sponsorship bookings, and pipeline for our events. You’ll be a skilled HubSpot user and an exceptional writer who can turn strategy into compelling email, social, and ad copy that performs. This is a great fit for someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced B2B tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the event campaign strategy across email, social, paid, and web channels, ensuring campaigns launch on time and align with global messaging and goals.
  • Build, schedule, and manage event email programs in HubSpot, including invitations, reminders, and post-event nurture, along with landing pages, forms, lists, and workflows.
  • Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy for email, social, and ads that drives sponsor bookings.
  • Consult and help manage paid social and search campaigns that support event promotion, monitoring spend and optimizing for lead quality and volume.
  • Coordinate event promotion timelines and campaign calendars with the broader Marketing, Sales, and Events teams.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate lead capture, list segmentation, routing, and attribution for event campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open rates, click-through, registrations, attendance, and pipeline influence), and use insights to test and optimize.
  • Maintain documentation, templates, and handoff notes to ensure a smooth transition at the start and end of the coverage period.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, with hands-on experience in campaign execution, demand generation, or growth marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot (email, landing pages, forms, lists, workflows, and reporting).
  • Exceptional writing skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling email, social, and ad copy and adapt tone for different audiences and channels.
  • Experience supporting or promoting events (virtual or in-person) with a focus on driving sponsorships.
  • Working knowledge of paid advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) and campaign analytics.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for testing and performance optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and quickly ramp up in a temporary capacity.
  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry is highly preferred.

Why Join Us?

  • Impact: Step into a high-visibility role and own the execution of live event campaigns from day one.
  • Collaboration: Work with a dynamic, cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth: Build your portfolio of campaign results and sharpen your skills in B2B growth marketing.

The expected total annual compensation, depending on location and experience, is between $70,000 - $90,000, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation.
