Anticipated Hours Per Week
3 to 9
Schedule:
Flexible, part-time scheduling with shifts available Monday–Thursday from 4:00–7:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:30 AM–12:00 PM.
Salary/Wage Range:
Hourly $12.00 to $30.00

About the Role
Peter Kraus Fitness is looking for friendly, motivated, and reliable UW–Madison students to join our team as Front Desk Staff!
This is a great opportunity for students who enjoy fitness, connecting with people, and working in a positive, energetic environment. Whether you're studying kinesiology, business, marketing, or simply have a passion for health and wellness, this position offers valuable hands-on experience in customer service, gym operations, and membership sales.
We offer flexible, part-time scheduling that makes it easy to balance work with classes, studying, and campus activities.
What You'll Do
- Welcome members and guests, creating a friendly and inviting gym environment
- Assist with new member sign-ups and explain membership options
- Promote gym services, fitness programs, and classes
- Answer member questions and provide excellent customer service
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility
- Support daily gym operations and administrative tasks
