  • Develop, maintain, and optimise Finance datasets, reports, and dashboards to provide accurate and actionable insights.
  • Support data quality, governance, and documentation initiatives to ensure consistency and transparency of Finance data.
  • As part of the payment processing commercial team, lead the development of KPI dashboards and ensure that insights, drivers and performance trends are communicated to stakeholders regularly.

  • Own the development and maintenance of Pigment models, including understanding and managing infrastructure, data flows, and dimensions.
  • Manage and prioritize Pigment tickets and improvement requests from the FP&A team, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement of the platform.
  • Support the team in leveraging Pigment capabilities effectively for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
  • Run regular reporting from Pigment.

Automation & AI

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency through data solutions and technology.
  • Drive the adoption and responsible use of AI within Finance by identifying relevant use cases, supporting implementation, and promoting AI-enabled ways of working.

What you should bring

Essential

  • Understanding of Finance processes and business performance management.
  • Experience building and maintaining BI solutions and dashboards.
  • Experience acting as a bridge between Finance teams and Data/Technology teams.
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills and experience working with data platforms and analytical tools.
  • Understanding of data flows, data models, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Experience managing priorities, resolving issues, and supporting users of digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Structured, problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach.

Desirable

  • Experience of FP&A and hands-on experience with FP&A systems (such as Pigment, Anaplan, Workday, Vena, etc), including model structure, dimensions, and data integrations.
  • Experience of working with ERP data would be beneficial.
  • Interest and experience in applying AI and automation to improve business processes.
