Position Summary/Job Duties:
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused Dental Sterilization Assistant to help keep our dental office running smoothly. No dental experience is required! We are happy to train the right person who has a positive attitude, is eager to learn, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, package, and sterilize dental instruments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sterilization area.
- Prepare treatment rooms for patients and efficiently flip rooms between appointments.
- Assist with documenting clinical notes and other dental charting as directed and within the scope of training.
- Restock supplies and help maintain an organized clinical environment.
- Follow infection control, safety, and patient confidentiality guidelines.
- Support the dental team with additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- No dental experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office.
