About the role

As Paid Ads Manager at Pump, you'll own our paid acquisition engine and turn ad spend into qualified pipeline. You'll plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across search, social, and emerging channels. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, own a channel end to end, and help shape our company culture and values.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, and other B2B channels.
  • Own the paid budget, with clear targets for CAC, pipeline, and return on spend.
  • Build landing pages and run A/B tests on audiences, creative, and offers with design and content.
  • Set up and maintain tracking, attribution, and conversion reporting with GTM engineering.
  • Report weekly on performance and recommend where to shift budget.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years managing paid acquisition, ideally for B2B SaaS.
  • Has managed a meaningful monthly budget and can show the pipeline results.
  • Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools like GA4 and HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable in spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Available to work 5 days a week onsite in our San Francisco office.

Bonus Points

  • Experience marketing to technical buyers (engineers, DevOps, platform teams).
  • Experience with ABM platforms or retargeting at the account level.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation + equity
  • Comprehensive medical and dental coverage
  • 401(k) plan
  • Generous paid time off, including 13 days of accrued PTO, 9 sick days, all 11 federal holidays, and a company-wide winter break from December 24 through January 1
  • Free lunch at the office
  • Free access to the building gym
  • Annual company-paid retreats
  • Developmental bonuses: support for professional development tied to cloud and related fields
