You will promptly and accurately document student interactions in the Titanium computerized documentation system. You will maintain a current schedule and keep it up to date in the master schedule and the Titanium computerized schedule. You will also prepare reports for your supervisor's signature and approval. Additionally, you will inform your supervisor of staff development needs and actively participate in department performance improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include assisting with the management of Guardian — the conduct database — and counseling individual students regarding their resources and responsibilities. You will also assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of developmentally appropriate educational sanctions and assess data to support such efforts. Among other responsibilities, you will serve on an on-call rotation to respond to emergencies and provide guidance during crises.

In this position, you will collaborate with various internal departments to investigate reports of potential student conduct violations, assess evidence and documentation, and determine appropriate adjudication processes. You will maintain an active caseload of community standards cases and serve as a resource for conflict resolution and restorative practices. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with policies and procedural requirements of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act.
