About the role

SpaceX was founded under the belief that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. Today SpaceX is actively developing the technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.

TECHNICAL TRAINER, EHS (STARSHIP)

An EHS Technical Trainer is driven by the fundamental belief that education and knowledge are power. A SpaceX Technical Trainer combines that belief with a strong sense of urgency, creativity, resourcefulness, and jumps at the opportunity to create hands-on learning projects that deliver results in environmental, health, and safety excellence. The ideal candidate brings applicable industry experience, strong communication skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and a passion for contributing to a safe workplace that supports the advancement of human space exploration.

  • Engage Production Management, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and other subject matter experts to gather feedback and implement process improvements for future training modules
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for specialized resources and instruction (e.g., certified OSHA trainers)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate

  • Proficiency with the development of training programs and materials, including student assessments
  • Experience with video editing and online training module development
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
