🌟 WHAT DOES AN ABA PARA DO?
As an ABA Para, you’ll work one-on-one with a child to help develop important skills, encourage independence, and support their individual goals.
🧩 Your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting communication, social interaction, and daily living skills.
- Using play-based activities to make learning engaging.
- Following an individualized treatment plan under BCBA guidance.
- Tracking progress and recording session data and notes.
- Celebrating milestones and encouraging continued growth.

ABA experience or RBT certification is preferred, but the right candidate may have the opportunity to receive training and guidance.
