🕒 Monday 6:30-7:30 PM | Friday 6:30-7:30 PM | Weekend Flexibility

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)
As an RBT with LBAPS, you'll:
🦸 Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to awesome kids
🎯 Implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs (the masterminds behind the curtain)
📈 Track data so accurately that spreadsheets shed a tear of joy
🎉 Turn tiny victories into major celebrations
🗣 Help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills
🤝 Partner with families and your clinical team to create meaningful progress
Desired Superpowers
- Active RBT Certification
- Experience working with children
- Ability to remain calm when someone asks "why?" 47 times in a row
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable attendance
- Can praise enthusiasm levels that seem scientifically impossible
