The role

The Solution Marketing Lead for Financial Services and Capital Markets will report to the VP of Marketing. This is a senior individual contributor role critical to shaping how Nebius is positioned at the intersection of AI cloud and modern financial-services workloads. You will develop solution narratives across quantitative research, financial model training and fine-tuning, risk and portfolio modeling, research copilots, fraud and financial-crime detection, trade surveillance, document intelligence, and agentic AI workflows.

You will drive awareness, adoption, and category leadership by translating Nebius’s technical capabilities into clear, differentiated solution stories and customer proof points. Working closely with product management, sales, enablement, alliances including NVIDIA and the broader financial-services technology ecosystem and the marketing organization.

This role is ideal for someone who deeply understands financial services, particularly capital markets. In addition, can operate strategically and execute quickly while building from 0→1.

Responsibilities

  • Build solution narratives across quantitative research, model training and fine-tuning, risk and portfolio modeling, market-data analysis, research copilots, fraud detection, trade surveillance, and agentic AI.
  • Create messaging frameworks, pitch decks, competitive battlecards, objection-handling guidance, and sales tools that accelerate seller velocity.
  • Develop high-impact assets, including solution briefs, field playbooks, executive presentations, webinars, demo narratives, and thought leadership.
  • Enable sales teams and partners to confidently position Nebius with financial-services executives, AI leaders, quantitative teams, and technical buyers.
  • Partner with a downstream marketing team to develop industry campaigns, account-focused programs, and event activations.
  • Lead joint solution marketing initiatives with NVIDIA, ISVs, and the broader financial-services technology ecosystem.
  • Support customer storytelling, PR, Analyst Relations, and industry-influencer programs to build market credibility and customer proof.
  • Partner closely with product, sales, alliances, customer success, and marketing to bring market requirements into the roadmap and drive measurable business impact.

Qualifications

  • 12–15 years in solution, product, or industry marketing, or technical GTM.
  • Deep financial services expertise, particularly capital markets; experience in investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, quantitative finance, or capital markets technology preferred.
  • Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and workflows, including training, fine-tuning, inference, agents, data pipelines, distributed computing, and GPU workloads.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex technology into compelling industry narratives, customer value, and business outcomes.
  • Proven success building industry GTM strategies, enabling enterprise sales, and influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable building new programs, messaging, and market positions in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with major cloud/AI platforms and the NVIDIA, and capital-markets technology ecosystem.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, master’s degree, or another advanced degree preferred.
