  • Act as the primary point of contact between CASETiFY and agency partners, leading regular check-ins, reviewing deliverables, providing feedback, and escalating issues when needed
  • Manage and grow an in-house roster of Instagram creators across multiple tiers (nano, micro, mid, macro), with strong US coverage and a focus on performance-driven content that converts.
  • Negotiate competitive rates and contract terms with creators, talent agencies, and external partners, manage campaign budgets, and ensure cost efficiency at scale.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across key metrics, including CPM, CPV, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, and conversion rate, and deliver regular reporting with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Build and maintain scalable processes, documentation, and tools (e.g., creator databases, campaign trackers, performance dashboards) to support the growth of the Instagram influencer program.
  • Stay current on Instagram platform updates, algorithm shifts, trending formats, creator economy trends, and competitor activity across the US and key global markets to inform strategy.

Requirement

  • 3+ years of experience in social media, influencer management, digital or growth marketing, or related areas. Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Associate position.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field preferred
  • Deep working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content platforms.
  • Hands-on understanding of the US creator landscape and social media culture is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability in managing workflows.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable turning campaign data into clear insights and decisions.
  • A proactive self-starter who stays on top of social media trends and takes initiative.
  • Interest in social media/performance marketing and scalability with a growth-oriented mindset.
