  • Contributing to strategic planning and operational decision-making within the Delivery & Operations Unit.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for a motivated and collaborative engineering professional who can balance technical expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering civil or transport infrastructure projects.
  • Strong project management and contract administration capabilities.
  • The ability to provide sound engineering advice and practical solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience leading, developing, and supporting high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A commitment to safety, quality, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Whether you are managing major project delivery, mentoring future engineering talent or helping shape the region's transport network, your contribution will have a lasting impact.

What we offer:

  • Meaningful work that benefits Queensland communities.
  • A supportive workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion.
  • Flexible work arrangements where operationally appropriate.
  • Professional development and career growth opportunities.
  • The opportunity to lead talented teams and complex projects.
  • Competitive remuneration, superannuation, and leave benefits.
