The Role
As SDR for Italy, you own our entire Italian-speaking top of funnel, from first contact to qualified demo handoff to our Account Executives.
If you’ve got what it takes, you have a clear path to becoming a closer yourself within a few months.

- Lead qualification: Qualify the leads our marketing generates every day.
- Multi-channel outreach: Reach prospects by phone, email and LinkedIn, and test new channels.
- Sequences: Build sequences by forming hypotheses, testing, measuring and improving.
- SDR processes: Actively shape our SDR processes in a fast-growing startup.
- Career path: Top-performing SDRs have a real shot at moving into an AE role within months.
What You Bring
Must-haves
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Native-level Italian and good English.
- Naturally competitive, driven to maximise output and motivated by uncapped commission.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in outbound or telesales.
- Experience in B2B SaaS.

- €45,000 to €70,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission)
