As a Risk Manager, you will join a collaborative Baltic team where your expertise will help create a secure and sustainable environment for pension savings and investment services. This is an opportunity to influence key business decisions, work closely with experienced professionals across different functions, and make a meaningful impact on how risks are managed in one of the leading pension savings providers in the region.

Your contribution
- Develop and maintain the frameworks for internal controls, business continuity and non-financial risk management for the pension saving and investment area
- Follow up and report on relevant metrics
- Hands-on support to the organization with methodologies, best practices, supporting documents, and templates
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
- Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality as well as high personal integrity, proactivity, and persistence
- A university degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Proficiency in Latvian and English (written and spoken), as daily work includes collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders across the Baltic region
- Experience in risk and project management, as well as a background in the investment management industry, will be considered an advantage
