About the role

About Tia

Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. By integrating primary care, mental health, gynecology, dermatology, and wellness across both in-person and virtual settings, Tia is improving outcomes, lowering costs, and creating a better experience for patients and providers alike.

About the Role

Tia is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead clinical care and provider teams across an assigned market. This role offers an ideal balance of leadership and practice, dedicating 80% of your time to market-level clinical strategy and team management, and 20% (approximately one day per week) to direct patient care.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, you will oversee clinical directors and staff providers who serve patients in your market. You will partner with market leadership and operations managers to improve clinical quality, patient access, provider engagement, and operational performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Develop Teams: Manage, coach, and support clinical leaders and providers across virtual and in-person care teams to strengthen performance and develop future leaders.
  • Drive Clinical Quality: Spearhead quality improvement initiatives that promote safe, consistent, and evidence-based care across the market.
  • Optimize Operations & Access: Partner with operational leaders to improve patient access, patient experience, and operational effectiveness, while supporting new clinic openings and growth initiatives.
  • Direct Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive primary care and/or gynecological services (approximately one day per week) within your training and scope of practice.
  • Culture & Collaboration: Build an inclusive, collaborative culture among primary care, women’s health providers, and acupuncturists.
  • Data-Driven Leadership: Utilize clinical quality, patient experience, and operational data to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Credentials: National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) and completion of an accredited program. Active licensure in the state where the role is based.
  • Experience: 5+ years of clinical experience, with strong expertise in primary care and/or gynecology.
  • Leadership: 3+ years of experience managing or leading clinical teams.
  • Leadership Approach: A thoughtful, collaborative people leader who develops others through coaching and shared accountability. You are comfortable using data to make decisions and are committed to shared decision-making and sex-positive, judgment-free, inclusive healthcare.
  • Logistics: Ability to travel regularly between clinics within the assigned market.
