About the role

Riot Games Shanghai is both our China publishing headquarters and a world-class development studio shaping the future of play. Established in 2015 with just 20 Rioters, we have grown into a team of over 200 passionate professionals across game development, publishing, entertainment, enterprise, and esports, all working together to craft incredible experiences for players in China and around the world.

Located in downtown Shanghai with a stunning view of the Bund, our office is a hub for creativity, innovation, and collaboration. With the launch of Shanghai Game Studio in 2021 and the expansion of the China Game Studio Group in 2022, we continue to grow our capabilities and build games that will inspire players for decades.

We’re looking for humble but ambitious, game-loving professionals who challenge convention, take play seriously, and are ready to help us make bold ideas a reality.

That's where you come in.

Recruiters at Riot are trusted partners who blend craft expertise with strategic insight to shape how we find and hire world-class talent. We build strong partnerships with our teams, deeply understand their needs, and guide them through every stage of the hiring journey. Our recruiters act as brand ambassadors, problem solvers, and advocates for an outstanding candidate experience, while continually improving how we recruit across Riot.
