About the role

Our Company

EOS IT Solutions is a global technology and logistics company, providing collaboration and business IT support services to some of the world’s leading organisations. We deliver forward-thinking solutions based on multi-domain architecture, with customer satisfaction, service excellence, and transparency at the core of everything we do.

Position Overview

This role focuses on project coordination, process management, and design support across large-scale infrastructure and communication programmes.

While the role supports Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and security-related projects, prior deep domain expertise is not essential. New joiners will be supported through a comprehensive onboarding and training programme to build technical knowledge across LMR systems, RF processes, and security infrastructure.

You will play a critical role in ensuring project data accuracy, coordination efficiency, and smooth operational delivery across multiple stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Manage administrative and information flow across projects, ensuring data integrity and alignment across systems
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all tracking tools and reporting platforms
  • Support project schedules, resource allocation, and site access coordination
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new project stakeholders, vendors, and team members

Service & Operational Support

  • Oversee support request and ticket lifecycle from intake through to resolution tracking
  • Conduct initial triage of issues and route requests to appropriate technical teams
  • Track progress against SLAs and ensure timely resolution of faults and service requests
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on repair and maintenance activities

Compliance & Regulatory Coordination

  • Support RF licensing processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance
  • Assist with regulatory submissions, renewals, and updates across multiple regions
  • Maintain centralised records of licensing and compliance documentation
  • Support research into RF requirements for new and existing deployments

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in project coordination, administration, or design/project support environments
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capability
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation or plans (training provided where required)

Desired Criteria

  • Experience supporting infrastructure, construction, or technical projects
  • Exposure to service desk or ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with project tracking tools or databases
  • Awareness of RF, LMR, or security systems (advantageous but not required)
  • Interest in building technical knowledge in communications infrastructure
