potential risks or delays.

  • Partner with logistics teams, warehouses, and stakeholders to resolve order-related

issues.

  • Coordinate priority shipments and fulfillment activities to meet business

requirements and service commitments.

Logistics & Fulfillment Execution

  • Execute daily logistics transactions, including standard parcel, air freight, ocean

freight, and white-glove shipments.

  • Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics

service providers.

  • Obtain and validate required trade compliance, customs, and dangerous goods

(DG) documentation.

  • Provide shipping instructions to internal stakeholders and external logistics

partners.

  • Monitor end-to-end shipment activity and ensure timely execution against

established service levels.

  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve shipment exceptions, including delays,

customs holds, delivery failures, and claims.

  • Respond to customer inquiries by providing shipment status updates and logistics

process guidance.

  • Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities while maintaining accurate

shipment records.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Management

  • Serve as a primary point of contact between logistics operations and internal

customers, project teams, procurement, manufacturing, and other cross

functional stakeholders.

  • Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight

forwarders, carriers, and vendors.

  • Support supplier and vendor onboarding activities, including process

implementation and operational readiness.

  • Monitor logistics partner performance against agreed service levels and contractual

obligations.

  • Escalate service issues and work collaboratively with vendors to drive corrective
