About the role

TripleLift is the Creative SSP powered by TL Spark, our agentic intelligence layer. We orchestrate creative, supply, audience, and measurement into a single outcome-driven system across the open internet, retail media, and CTV. Our platform enables brands and agencies to drive measurable performance while helping publishers maximize yield and preserve high-quality user experiences.

Overview

As AI reshapes how brands plan, buy, optimize, and measure media, we are embedding intelligence across creative, curation, targeting, activation, and measurement.

We are hiring a Product Marketing Director to lead how we bring new demand products to market.

This leader will define positioning, packaging, and go-to-market strategy across CTV, video, native, retail media, and emerging formats. They will translate complex machine learning, predictive models, and automation capabilities into clear business outcomes for brands, agencies, and publishers.

This is a high-impact, revenue-facing role at the center of Product, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Lead positioning for product capabilities across predictive audience modeling, intelligent curation, creative optimization, automation, and AI-powered planning and measurement.
  • Translate technical capabilities into clear business value.
  • Develop differentiated messaging versus legacy platforms and point solutions.

Product GTM Strategy & Launch Leadership

  • Own end-to-end GTM for demand product launches.
  • Define ICP, use cases, buyer personas, and packaging strategy.
  • Align launches to quarterly pipeline goals across regions.

Revenue Alignment & Pipeline Impact

  • Partner with ABM and Demand Gen to ensure messaging supports in-market and out-market campaigns.
  • Align messaging to account journey stages.
  • Build enablement materials that support high-value, complex deals.

Sales Enablement for Intelligent Solutions

  • Develop narratives that demonstrate how AI reduces waste, improves performance, and accelerates activation.
  • Build competitive battlecards.
  • Integrate AI positioning into enterprise sales motions.

Thought Leadership in AI-Driven Advertising

  • Shape POV on how AI is transforming media buying, CTV monetization, retail media, and creative performance.
  • Develop content optimized for AI-influenced search and buyer behavior.
  • Act as connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, ABM, and MOPs. Help operationalize account intelligence within marketing and sales workflows.

Education & Requirements

  • 8+ years in Product Marketing within AdTech, MarTech, AI SaaS, or media platforms.
  • Experience marketing machine learning, automation, or predictive modeling products.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to translate complexity.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proven track record launching complex AI-driven solutions.
  • As a marketing leader, you have demonstrated experience as a technically credible, strategic storyteller.
  • Strong, revenue-oriented operator able to develop excellent cross-functional working relationships.
