About the role

TripleLift is the Creative SSP powered by TL Spark, our agentic intelligence layer. We orchestrate creative, supply, audience, and measurement into a single outcome-driven system across the open internet, retail media, and CTV. Our platform enables brands and agencies to drive measurable performance while helping publishers maximize yield and preserve high-quality user experiences.

The Senior Account Manager - Supply owns monetization strategy and performance outcomes for a set of strategic publisher accounts (primarily Tier 1–Tier 2). This role serves as the primary relationship lead for these publishers, building trusted partnerships while delivering strategic guidance and data-driven insights that unlock monetization opportunities and maximize long-term value.

Working cross-functionally with Technical Operations, Product, and Supply teams, this individual leads optimization initiatives, ensures integrations run smoothly, and keeps marketplace quality strong. This role handles high-complexity accounts that require sound judgment and cross-functional coordination, and is an opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to directly impact revenue and publisher satisfaction.

  • Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify optimization opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally with Technical Operations, Product, and Supply to resolve complex issues and improve performance
  • Oversee onboarding, integrations, troubleshooting, pacing, and overall account health
  • Solve problems with some ambiguity using established frameworks, applying judgment on high-complexity accounts
  • Proactively follow emerging industry trends and contribute market and client insights to inform product enhancements and operational improvements
  • Lead QBRs and present performance updates and strategic recommendations to clients

Education & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital advertising, programmatic, or publisher account management
  • Advanced understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and publisher monetization strategies
  • Deep familiarity with TripleLift's product suite and supply capabilities, or the ability to quickly build it
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve issues and execute initiatives
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
