About the role

Established in 2020, Riot Singapore is a game development studio focused on delivering great experiences to our players. We partner with our Los Angeles headquarters on game development for League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, VALORANT, and unpublished R&D products. Riot Singapore is seeking talented, passionate Rioters with backgrounds in all areas of game development to build games that make it better to be a player.

That’s where you come in.

Game Product Managers at Riot lead passionate teams to create and evolve products and experiences for our players. We seek to deeply understand our product’s audience and drive strategy to create value for players and for Riot. We help concept, build, and influence projects at all stages of production.

As Principal Game Product Manager, Cosmetics for Teamfight Tactics (TFT), you will lead the TFT Cosmetics team within the Acquisitions, Expression, and Events (AXE) initiative. You will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and product outcomes for TFT's cosmetics portfolio, spanning existing offerings, new content types, exclusive content, store features, and long term cosmetics research and development.

This is an individual contributor role in which you will serve as the product lead for a multidisciplinary team in Singapore, setting product direction, defining priorities, and driving product decisions across producers, artists, designers, analysts, researchers, marketing partners, and other specialists. While you will not have formal people management responsibilities, you will be expected to lead through influence, bringing teams together around a shared strategy and empowering them to deliver exceptional player experiences.

Working closely with TFT leadership and stakeholders in our Los Angeles headquarters, you will balance player insights, creative ambition, and commercial outcomes to shape the future of TFT's cosmetics portfolio. Success in this role means creating cosmetics that resonate with players, building a healthy and innovative portfolio, and establishing a long term strategy that supports TFT's continued growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for TFT's cosmetics portfolio, driving player engagement and commercial success.
  • Lead the multidisciplinary cosmetics team by defining product priorities and aligning partners around them.
  • Collaborate with artists to create content that resonates deeply with players, elevating their creative vision to achieve product goals.
  • Manage product KPIs, leveraging performance reporting, experimentation, revenue models, and deep dive analysis and research to improve decision making.
  • Identify product challenges and opportunities, including cosmetics research and development, formulate strategies and plans, and build stakeholder buy in.
  • Develop decision frameworks, product briefs, and other artefacts that guide downstream decisions and create clarity across teams.
  • Partner with Production to translate strategy into executable plans, including roadmap sequencing, capacity planning, prioritization, and sustainable live operations.
  • Navigate the broader TFT and Riot organization to drive cohesive action across Marketing, Regional Publishing, IP and League Creative, Brand Partnerships, and other cross functional partners.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in the games industry, with a strong focus on live-service games where cosmetics and virtual goods are core to the product.
  • Proven experience owning product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and commercial outcomes while leading cross-functional teams through influence.
  • Deep expertise in cosmetics, live-service monetization, and player-facing content, with experience shaping product portfolios and driving long-term strategy.
  • Deep understanding of cosmetics-driven free-to-play games and the player motivations, progression systems, and live-service mechanics that drive long-term engagement.
  • Proven ability to shape product decisions through player insights, data, commercial thinking, and creative judgement.
  • Experience partnering with artists, designers, creative directors, and Production to translate creative vision into successful product strategy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, using product performance, player behaviour, experimentation, and market trends to drive strategic decisions.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile production environments.
  • Experience working in a cross-geographical, multi-team environment.
  • Active Teamfight Tactics player with a deep understanding of the game's systems, player base, and cosmetics ecosystem.

Our Perks

  • Full relocation support
  • Full health insurance for you, your spouse and children
  • Open paid time off
  • Retirement benefits with company matching
  • Life insurance, parental leave, plus short-term and long-term disability
  • Play Fund so you can broaden and deepen your knowledge of our players and community through games
  • We will double down on your donations of time and money to non-profits
