Magical Beginnings is hiring an EEC Certified Preschool Teacher for our Leominster Early Childhood Education Center. If you're an experienced preschool teacher, pre-K teacher, toddler teacher, or early childhood educator who loves the 2.9–5 year age group, we'd love to meet you.

As a Preschool Teacher, you'll create engaging, play-based learning experiences that foster curiosity, confidence, and kindergarten readiness during some of the most important years of a child's development.
What You'll Do
- Support a preschool classroom of 2.9 year old students in a structured, nurturing environment
- Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with Massachusetts EEC standards
- Support early literacy, social-emotional development, and kindergarten readiness
- Build strong, professional relationships with families
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Collaborate with your co-teachers and center leadership
- Model warmth, patience, and professionalism every day
What You'll Need to Succeed
- EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
- One year of experience in a preschool, daycare, or early childhood education setting required
- Strong understanding of child development (ages 2.9–5)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Passion for early childhood education and working with preschool-age children
- Ability to meet all Massachusetts EEC requirements
