About the role

Make a difference in a child's world. Build a career you love.

At Magical Beginnings Early Learning Centers, we believe that great teachers do more than teach. They inspire curiosity, nurture confidence, encourage discovery, and create the foundation for a lifetime of learning.

Our philosophy is simple: With Care, We Care.

We are looking for a passionate, dependable, and engaging Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team! If you love working with young children, creating meaningful learning experiences, and being part of a collaborative teaching environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As a Preschool Teacher, you'll play an important role in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Create Engaging Learning Experiences: Plan and implement age-appropriate preschool curriculum and activities that encourage exploration, creativity, early literacy, math, science, social-emotional development, and school readiness.
  • Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop nurturing, positive relationships with children and families while fostering a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support Child Development: Observe, assess, and document children's developmental progress, identifying opportunities to support individual learning needs and milestones.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure classroom spaces are clean, organized, engaging, and compliant with all applicable health, safety, and state licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate With Your Team: Work alongside fellow educators, school leadership, and support staff to provide consistent, high-quality early childhood education.
  • Encourage Positive Behavior: Use positive guidance strategies to support social skills, independence, emotional regulation, and problem-solving.
  • Partner With Families: Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers about classroom activities, developmental milestones, and their child's daily experiences.

What We're Looking For

We believe exceptional preschool teachers bring a combination of education, patience, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm for helping children succeed.

Qualified candidates will have

  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and working with preschool-aged children.
  • A warm, patient, and nurturing approach to teaching.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to create engaging, developmentally appropriate classroom activities.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive school community.
  • An understanding of child development, positive classroom management, and early learning practices.
  • The ability to meet applicable state licensing and background check requirements.
  • Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • EEC Preschool Teacher Certification is required.
  • Early childhood education coursework, a degree in Early Childhood Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience working in a preschool, daycare, childcare center, or early learning environment is required.
  • Ability to work a full time schedule within operating hours of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, with availability to close.

We know that caring for children is important work, and the people who do it deserve to feel valued, supported, and appreciated.

At Magical Beginnings, we're committed to creating an environment where educators can grow professionally while making a meaningful difference every day.

When you join our team, you can enjoy:

  • Career Growth & Development: Opportunities to expand your skills, pursue professional development, and grow your career within a growing early education organization.
  • Supportive Team Environment: Collaborate with passionate educators and school leadership who share your commitment to quality early childhood education.
  • Meaningful Work: Make a lasting impact during some of the most important developmental years of a child's life.
  • Professional Development: Continue building your knowledge and skills through learning opportunities and professional resources.
  • A Growing Organization: Be part of an expanding network of early learning centers with opportunities to build relationships and advance your career.
  • A Culture That Cares: Our philosophy, With Care, We Care, is at the heart of how we support children, families, and one another.

Benefits and additional employment offerings vary by position and location.
