About the role

We're partnering with a well-established Adelaide private practice looking for a friendly Podiatrist to join their team. The role is designed for clinicians who want a proper career runway — modern facilities, a supportive multidisciplinary environment, and a caseload with genuine variety — inside a city that lets you have a life outside the clinic.

Whether you're a new graduate looking for structured mentoring, or an experienced clinician wanting more autonomy without moving into ownership, this practice has built its team culture around helping people stay for the long term.

Why Adelaide, why this role

  • Real career runway — a caseload broad enough to develop generalist strength and deep enough to specialise into if you want to
  • Genuine liveability — 20-minute commutes, beaches west, hills east, wine country north, and none of the two-hour Sydney days
  • Financial breathing room — median house prices roughly half of Sydney's, meaning a podiatrist's salary actually buys a life here
  • Established multidisciplinary team — you're joining a practice, not building one from scratch
  • Modern clinic — current equipment, current clinical software, and the kind of environment that reflects the standard of care expected

What the day looks like

  • Comprehensive assessments, diagnoses and evidence-based treatment planning across a diverse caseload
  • Routine podiatry care — nail and callus management, general biomechanics, footwear advice
  • Complex work — diabetic and high-risk foot assessments, wound care, offloading
  • Orthotic prescription, fitting, and rehabilitation program design
  • Patient education with a strong preventive-health focus
  • Accurate clinical documentation aligned with AHPRA standards
  • Participation in case reviews and ongoing team development

Who we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry
  • Current General Registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • New graduates genuinely welcome — structured mentoring and clinical supervision provided
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine focus on patient outcomes
  • Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
  • A commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional growth

What's on offer

  • Competitive base salary + superannuation, negotiable based on experience
  • Relocation support available for the right interstate or overseas candidate
  • Generous CPD allowance and dedicated study leave
  • Structured onboarding and mentoring — particularly valuable for early-career clinicians
  • Modern clinic, high-quality equipment, and clinical software that actually works with you
  • Flexible rostering built around a genuine work-life balance
  • Clear pathway for career progression within a growing multidisciplinary team
