About the role

Physiotherapist | Four-Day Workweek | Supportive Private Practice

Looking for a role where you can build your clinical skills without sacrificing your work-life balance?

We're growing and are excited to welcome a Physiotherapist to our friendly, well-established private practice. If you're someone who enjoys working in a positive team, values ongoing learning, and wants to be part of a clinic with an excellent reputation, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll join a modern clinic where collaboration is part of everyday practice. Working alongside two experienced Physiotherapists, you'll receive plenty of support, share ideas, and have opportunities to expand your clinical expertise through structured mentoring and high-quality internal education.

Our clinic has earned the trust of the local community over many years and benefits from an exceptionally broad referral network, providing a steady and varied caseload that will keep your work both interesting and professionally rewarding.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Full-time position - 40 hours across four days each week
  • Every weekend off, plus one additional weekday to yourself
  • $1,000 annual Professional Development Allowance
  • Comprehensive internal professional development program with regular education sessions
  • Employer-paid professional insurance
  • Modern, purpose-built clinic with contemporary facilities
  • Supportive and approachable leadership team
  • Work alongside two experienced Physiotherapists who enjoy mentoring others
  • Established organisation with a strong reputation for quality care
  • Diverse referral pathways ensuring a consistent flow of patients

A Location You'll Enjoy

Spend your lunch break exploring welcoming cafés, grabbing a great coffee, or browsing a mix of boutique retailers and well-known shopping destinations just moments from the clinic. The area offers a lively yet relaxed atmosphere, making it an enjoyable place to work every day.

Commuting is simple thanks to excellent tram and train connections, while nearby parks and local amenities make it easy to unwind after work or meet friends before heading home.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Is registered (or eligible for registration) with AHPRA
  • Has a genuine passion for helping people achieve their goals
  • Communicates with empathy and professionalism
  • Enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment
  • Is committed to ongoing learning and delivering evidence-based care

If you're looking for more than just your next Physiotherapy role- and want to join a workplace where you'll be supported, appreciated, and encouraged to grow- we'd love to hear from you. Bring your passion for patient care, and we'll provide the environment to help your career thrive.
