About the role
A well-established physio practice with four clinics across NSW and QLD is looking for a Physiotherapist to join its Sydney team. It is a private practice musculoskeletal clinic with a strong emphasis on headaches and migraines, and a high proportion of the caseload comes from people living with them. The practice is known for sticking to a structured, step-by-step treatment plan instead of treating patients session by session. That means thorough assessments, clear goals and a proper plan for keeping people well after their last appointment. It also backs its care with a patient satisfaction guarantee and holds a near-perfect Google rating, so you’d be joining a team that takes outcomes seriously.
The clinic
- Street-level clinic with step-free access and a green outlook
- Located in a growing, well-connected pocket of inner Sydney, with a regular mix of locals, young professionals, families and active older adults

- Mostly private, self-funding patients
What your days will look like
- Assessing and treating headaches and migraines, including cervicogenic and tension-type presentations, alongside a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions
- Treating neck, back and shoulder through to hip, knee, foot and jaw presentations
- Sports injury management and post-operative rehabilitation
- Hands-on manual therapy backed by exercise prescription and clear patient education
- Chronic pain management and rehabilitation for a wide range of patients, from active young adults to older clients
- Using dry needling and acupuncture where it suits the patient (training can be discussed if you’re keen to build these skills)
- Following the practice’s structured treatment framework from first assessment through to long term prevention
- Working with some Medicare Chronic Disease Management, WorkCover and CTP patients alongside the private caseload
What we’re looking for
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (general registration)
- Experience in, or a genuine interest in, treating headaches and migraines
- A Watson Headache Approach certification (Level 1 or above) is highly valued
- Strong MSK skills and confidence in hands-on treatment
- An interest in sports and post-operative rehab, with clinical Pilates a bonus
- Clear communication and a patient-first approach

What’s in it for you
- Salary from $80,000 to $100,000+, depending on experience
