About the role

Physiotherapist - Full Time (4-Day Workweek)

Imagine finishing work each week with three days to recharge while still enjoying a full-time salary and a thriving caseload.

We're looking for a passionate Physiotherapist to join our welcoming team in a modern private practice where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a motivated new graduate, you'll be supported by a close-knit team that believes great patient outcomes come from collaboration, continuous learning, and enjoying what you do every day.

Our purpose-built clinic is equipped with modern facilities and the resources you need to deliver high-quality care. You'll work alongside two experienced Physiotherapists who are generous with their knowledge, approachable, and committed to helping each other grow.

This is an opportunity to become part of an established healthcare organisation with an outstanding reputation in the community and a diverse referral network that keeps your caseload varied, engaging, and professionally rewarding.

What You'll Enjoy

  • Full-time position - 40 hours per week across just four days
  • Every weekend off, plus one additional weekday off every week
  • $1,000 annual Professional Development Allowance
  • Extensive internal professional development courses delivered throughout the year
  • Employer-paid professional insurances
  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Modern clinic with contemporary treatment rooms and equipment
  • Friendly, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture
  • Mentoring from two experienced Physiotherapists
  • Diverse and consistent caseload supported by a very broad referral network
  • Join an established organisation known for delivering excellent patient care

About the Location

Work in a vibrant inner-city neighbourhood where everything is within easy reach. Enjoy a fantastic selection of cafés for your morning coffee, boutique shopping, major retail stores, supermarkets, and plenty of dining options, all creating a lively atmosphere before or after work.

Getting around is effortless, with frequent tram and train services providing quick access to Melbourne's CBD and surrounding suburbs, making the daily commute simple whether you drive or use public transport.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist (or is eligible for registration)
  • Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys building genuine relationships with patients
  • Values teamwork and continuous professional development
  • Is motivated to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care

If you're looking for a role where you'll be supported by experienced clinicians, enjoy exceptional work-life balance through a four-day workweek, and build your career within a respected organisation, we'd love to hear from you. Please feel free to reach out to ania@mediix.com.au
