About the role

Are you motivated to create measurable business impact through performance- and data-driven marketing? We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist, who will drive paid marketing across both our private and corporate customer segments, taking ownership from planning and media buying to continuous optimization across paid social, paid search and other paid channels. By combining channel expertise with data, AI and continuous learning, you will turn insights into stronger commercial results.

About the role

This is a hands-on performance marketing role, with responsibility for campaign execution, budget allocation, testing and ongoing optimization across private and corporate customer segments. You will use AI and automation where they improve campaign analysis, creative testing and reporting, with a clear focus on quality and measurable business value.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan, set up, buy and optimize campaigns across paid social, paid search (SEM) and other paid marketing channels for both private and corporate customers, aligning channel selection, campaign objectives and budgets with business priorities
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing and bidding, reallocating spend across channels and audiences based on performance, funnel data and agreed commercial priorities
  • Develop and run structured tests of audiences, ad copy, creative formats and landing pages, translating performance findings into clear priorities for bidding, targeting and creative optimization
  • Own and evaluate paid media performance across the funnel, from awareness to conversions and qualified opportunities, connecting media efficiency with customer acquisition, conversion rates, lead quality and cost per qualified opportunity where relevant data is available
  • Evaluate and use AI and automation to support campaign analysis, ad variations, optimization and reporting, ensuring output quality and compliance with applicable data, brand and approval requirements, while identifying emerging opportunities
  • Partner closely with Content, Offering, Sales Enablement, product and other relevant marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with messaging, landing pages and the wider customer journey, translating performance data into clear insights and evidence-based recommendations on paid media investment and channel mix.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

  • Hands-on experience setting up, buying and optimizing campaigns in paid social and paid search platforms, including campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding and budget management
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and using conversion tracking and reporting to identify improvements, with an understanding of how data quality affects optimization decisions
  • Curiosity and previous experience of AI and automation, with sound judgement about where they can improve campaign workflows and where human review is needed. Experience applying these tools in marketing is an advantage
  • A structured approach to experimentation: forming hypotheses, testing campaign changes, evaluating results and deciding what to stop, improve or scale.
  • Solid command of full-funnel paid marketing in commercially complex environments
  • A commercial mindset, comfortable owning targets and following up on results
  • At least three to five years of relevant performance marketing experience, with an understanding of both private and corporate customer journeys, differing sales cycles and how campaign performance connects to conversions and qualified opportunities
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or another relevant higher education qualification within the field

We value evidence of how you plan, buy, optimize and improve paid campaigns. Strong performance marketing experience is essential; AI and automation are tools that can help you work more effectively.

What we offer

  • The opportunity to take ownership of paid media campaigns across private and corporate customer segments, with responsibility for budget allocation, optimization and measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Influence over how we plan, measure and optimize paid media, including practical improvements to tools, reporting, automation and ways of working.
  • A high-trust, collaborative culture with strong focus on responsibility and empowerment
  • The opportunity to work on one of the most important commercial growth journeys in Nordic banking
