We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and motivated Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team at Advanced Orthodontic Care in Cherry Creek!
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a positive experience for every patient and family who visits our office.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, enjoys working as part of a team, and can thrive in a busy orthodontic practice. Previous orthodontic experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and families with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an organized and efficient schedule.
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Communicate with patients regarding appointments, treatment information, and general office questions.
- Assist with insurance verification, patient accounts, and payment processing as needed.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and daily office operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Help create a positive, supportive experience for patients and fellow team members.
