What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional care in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency paediatric settings.
- Lead and mentor junior medical staff, fostering their growth and development.
- Participate in audits, quality improvements, and risk management initiatives.
- Be an integral part of multidisciplinary team meetings and community health programs.
- Contribute to research, education, and training within the department.
- Be available for on-call emergency services as required.

What We’re Looking For
- MBBS or equivalent with Specialist Registration in Paediatrics (AHPRA).
- Experience in both general and emergency paediatrics.
- A passion for providing high-quality care and improving rural healthcare systems.
- Strong clinical leadership and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Experience in mentoring junior doctors and contributing to educational programs.
