Speech Pathologist – Paediatric

Are you a passionate Paediatric Speech Pathologist looking to join a well-established, purpose-driven organisation?

An opportunity is now available with a highly respected not-for-profit provider that has been supporting children and families across NSW for over 40 years. This is a dedicated paediatric-only role, working with children and adolescents across clinic, school and telehealth settings.

The Role

You will be working with a multidisciplinary team of experienced clinicians supporting children with speech, language, communication and fluency needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting paediatric assessments and evidence-based intervention
  • Supporting school communities through consultation and professional learning
  • Working collaboratively with psychologists, educators and families
  • Participating in peer supervision and structured clinical mentoring
  • Providing high-quality, family-centred care
  • Travel reimbursement available for clinicians commuting from other parts of Sydney (kilometre allowance provided).
  • Flexible arrangements available, including work-from-home time for report writing and telehealth.

What’s On Offer

  • Supportive, strengths-based team culture
  • Structured onboarding and mentoring program
  • Regular supervision tailored to your experience level
  • $1,000 professional development budget in your first year
  • Four internal PD days per year
  • Full admin and intake support
  • Competitive salary package + salary packaging benefits (up to $18,549 tax-free)
  • Opportunity to work across clinic, school and community programs

About You

  • Bachelor or Master of Speech Pathology
  • Certified Practising Member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Experience or strong interest in paediatric caseloads
  • Knowledge of evidence-based paediatric assessment and intervention
  • Current driver’s licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle (preferred for school/community work)

If you are passionate about removing learning barriers for children and want to join a values-driven organisation where clinical development and wellbeing are genuinely prioritised, this could be the perfect next step.

Immediate start available.
