About the role

Occupational Therapist | Neurological and Disability Rehab

Location: Northern Melbourne, VIC (Lalor, Airport West and Doncaster areas)

The role

A large multidisciplinary practice is growing its northern team and is looking for an Occupational Therapist, full time or part time, who wants to build a career in neurological and disability rehab. Roles can be shaped around the right person, including the mix of clinic, home and community work.

What you’ll be doing

  • Working with children and adults with neurological conditions and disability
  • Therapy in clinic, at home and in the community, with the equipment you need taken to the session
  • Functional assessments, goal setting and practical recommendations for daily life
  • Working alongside speech pathologists, physios and allied health assistants

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Full Australian working rights

  • Airport West: an easy commute across the north west, with large shopping centres and quick road access.
  • Doncaster: a leafy eastern suburb with a big shopping precinct and strong bus links to the city.
