  • Participate in planning for and supporting business integration or new business start-up projects.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track business performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in managing business risks, evaluating operational efficiencies, and implementing effective monitoring and auditing.
  • Collaborate in mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Leverage strong communication skills to present findings and influence senior-level stakeholders through compelling, data-driven storytelling.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience conducting market studies and modeling businesses in support of corporate M&A.
  • Strong financial acumen and a deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Experience integrating acquisitions into existing businesses or start-up activities for a new business.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
  • Proven ability to collaborate, motivate cross-functional teams, and drive performance to achieve and exceed business targets.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
