About the role

WANTED: A Behavior Technician in Middletown, NJ who is ready for absolute chaos, breakthroughs, and a lot of high-fives! 💥👋

If you have ever negotiated with a toddler like they are a high-stakes corporate hostage negotiator 🛑🏃♂️, or if you can celebrate someone putting on their own shoes like they just won an Olympic gold medal 🏅👟, we want you!

What you will do:

  • Praise the tiniest victories like you are a personal hype-man 📣🎉
  • Collect data while tracking a very fast human 📋🏃
  • Become an expert in sensory toys, dinosaurs, and Bluey lore 🦖✨
  • Work in Middletown, where the traffic on Route 35 is the only thing we can not fix with a good reinforcement schedule 🚗🚦

The Perks

  • Pay is $22 - $30 per hour, based on experience 💰💸
  • Get paid to be the coolest, weirdest, most impactful person in a kiddo's week 🕶️🧩
