A taster of what you will be involved with
- Support the preparation, review, and administration of contracts, agreements, and legal documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized legal records, ensuring documentation is easily accessible and up to date.
- Assist with contract tracking, renewals, and document management processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information and documentation required for legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings to support the team on various projects.
- Help monitor compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Support the continuous improvement of legal processes, templates, and documentation practices.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Legal team as required. What we are looking for
- You are currently pursuing a Law degree, ideally in the final years of your studies.
- You have a strong interest in corporate, commercial, employment, or general business law.
- You are highly detail-oriented and take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
- You have a process-focused mindset and enjoy working in a structured and organized way.
- You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn from experienced professionals.
- You handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- English language skills are considered an advantage.
- Intern modality 40 hours per week
Nice-to-have
- Basic knowledge of contract management or legal documentation.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel.
