The Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist for Betsson Georgia to own a wide range of HR processes, from HR administration and payroll to employee experience. Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and managing HR documentation and maintaining employee records;
- Owning the monthly payroll process and time-tracking reporting;
- Administering employee benefits;
- Owning the onboarding process for new employees;
- Coordinating mandatory compliance training for employees;
- Planning and delivering employee experience initiatives, including office, team-building and corporate events;
- Owning internal communication activities;
- Keeping HR processes running smoothly and suggesting improvements.
Requirements
- A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources Management or a related field;
- At least 3 years of work experience in HR, including at least 2 years in HR administration;
- Good knowledge of MS Excel;
- Good command of English;
- Strong communication and organisational skills;
- Meticulous and accurate approach to work, with close attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility;
- Ability to handle several tasks at once in a fast-paced environment;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to change;
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures;
- Experience working with HR metrics and People Analytics;
- Experience working with Jira;
- Ability to make data-driven decisions.
