  • Monitor performance against key service, quality, productivity, accuracy, safety, and cost metrics.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for operational, process, quality, or system-related issues.

  • Manage and review associate timecards to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

IT Logistics & Asset Management

  • Coordinate the movement of IT assets through inbound, processing, inventory, provisioning, and outbound workflows.
  • Support receiving activities, including shipment verification, inspection, processing, and accurate system transactions.
  • Ensure IT assets are handled, stored, processed, and shipped in accordance with established procedures and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate asset traceability throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Support provisioning and order fulfillment activities to ensure customer and partner deadlines are achieved.
  • Coordinate and monitor ETAs for provisioning, order completion, and other operational deliverables.
  • Diagnose basic hardware, cosmetic, and operating system issues and recommend appropriate repair or disposition actions.
  • Troubleshoot internal systems and operational processes, escalating technical issues where appropriate.
  • Ensure all equipment is handled securely and in accordance with applicable data security and asset management requirements.

  • Monitor inventory processes for compliance with established controls and procedures.
  • Maintain organized, safe, and audit-ready warehouse and storage areas.

Quality & Process Compliance

  • Ensure associates consistently follow approved global SOPs, work instructions, safety requirements, and customer processes.
  • Perform or support quality checks and operational audits as required.
  • Identify process gaps, recurring errors, or areas of operational risk and escalate appropriately.
  • Support the creation, review, and implementation of SOPs and work instructions when processes change.
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, attention to detail, and right-first-time execution.

Reporting & Stakeholder Support

  • Provide daily operational and performance updates to management.
  • Support the preparation of reports, metrics, documentation, and operational updates for key stakeholders.
  • Communicate proactively regarding workload, capacity, risks, delays, and service-impacting issues.
  • Partner with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve service, quality, and cost objectives.
  • Maintain professional and customer-focused communication with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support urgent or escalated customer requirements when necessary.

Continuous Improvement & Team Development

  • Identify opportunities to reduce waste, eliminate unnecessary process steps, improve quality, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Encourage associates to identify operational improvements and contribute ideas.
  • Support associate onboarding, training, cross-training, and capability development.
  • Coach team members on processes, quality expectations, productivity, and operational standards.
  • Share best practices across teams and support the development of consistent, best-in-class IT logistics operations.

Travel & Site Support

  • Travel to other customer or operational sites within the region when required to support business needs, projects, escalations, or temporary increases in workload.
  • Where required and appropriately authorized, drive a company vehicle between operational or customer locations to support the movement of equipment, supplies, or other business requirements.
