Roles & Responsibilities
- Supports the SHRBP in the implementation of the global HR strategy and of change management projects.
- Acts as first point of contact providing high-quality functional support to management and participates in regular meetings with respective business units.
- Coach managers to build people-management capability and support effective decision-making.
- Works closely with HR Managers to ensure that the function are receiving HR guidance when appropriate.
- Use people data and employee feedback to identify trends, risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions.
- Partner with our Centre of Excellence and HR Operations to deliver effective HR solutions and processes and support with the implementation of initiatives to drive engagement across your assigned functions.
- Coordinate key HR processes, partnering with TA on recruitment matters and relevant People teams on SuccessFactors activities to ensure effective delivery.
- Working within a team of HRBP’s and contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, taking ownership of agreed activities or workstreams.
- Responsible for ensuring data integrity in the systems and supporting HR processes

Skills / Knowledge & Experience
- Successful experience in a similar role
- Solid problem-solving abilities and can-do attitude
- Fluency in English
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and act with discretion
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite of applications. Strength in Excel, Word, and experience working with SAP/SuccessFactors is a plus
- Ability to quickly connect with people across different countries and culture.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handling multiple activities at the same time.
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude, driven by continuous improvement and a desire to generate creative ideas and follow them through.
- Ability to collate, analyze and interpret people data especially using AI.
- Some travel may be requested
