Being a part of the CIMIC Group Graduate program, our dedicated graduate training program aims to build and manage a sustainable pipeline of talent for the future. The graduate program focuses on developing our future leaders, and provides graduates with comprehensive training and career development program through on-the-job training, job rotations, in-house and external continuous professional development seminars and site visit. Ensuring the necessary skills are developed to excel at Leighton Asia.
